CIPP pipe rehabilitation system "ARIS liner method"

Build a seamless and robust rehabilitation pipeline! Aim to restore strength and functionality, while also incorporating seismic resistance into the structure.

We would like to introduce the "ARIS Liner Method," a CIPP pipe rehabilitation system. In this method, a liner material made of polyester non-woven fabric and polyethylene film is processed into a tubular shape and impregnated with thermosetting resin. This liner is then inserted into the existing pipeline while being inverted using water pressure and air pressure. After insertion, it is heated and cured using hot water or hot water showering, forming a new pipe inside the aging existing pipeline. By constructing a seamless and robust rehabilitated pipeline, we aim to restore strength and functionality, while also providing a structure with seismic resistance. 【Summary】 ■ Pipe diameter: φ100mm to φ1,800mm ■ Installation length: Up to 500m per inversion (depending on conditions) ■ Pipe types: Steel pipes, reinforced concrete pipes, ceramic pipes, cast iron pipes ■ Internal water pressure: 1.0Mpa ■ Structural calculations - Compliant with the design standards for land improvement project plans, pipeline standards, and technical documents. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

CIPP pipe rehabilitation system "ARIS liner method"

By minimizing the pressure difference caused by elevation changes, a uniform and consistent finish can be achieved!

The "ARIS Liner Method" is a pipe rehabilitation method primarily for agricultural water and rainwater drainage pipes. Even with a thin wall thickness (1-3% of the existing pipe diameter), it exhibits sufficient strength and can be constructed into a seamless pipeline that minimizes flow resistance while maximizing the flow cross-section, making it possible to secure a water flow volume that exceeds that of new installations. Additionally, it has a flexible and deformable structure that excels in seismic resistance, ensuring the maintenance of a safer and more reliable water supply function. 【Features】 ■ Many applications for long spans and medium to large diameters ■ Resistant to steep gradient pipelines ■ Accommodates short construction times and various shapes ■ Contributes to disaster prevention and reduction for agricultural reservoirs ■ Reduces carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
